EDINBURG, Ill. (AP) — The completion of Illinois Route 29 from Taylorville to Springfield is at risk, Illinois Department of Transportation warns, if there is no budget agreement by July 1. The remaining $12 million left to complete the $42.4-million project is among $2 billion in road projects threatened by the budget stalemate.
