Lemonade For A Great Cause
TAYLORVILLE — Everyone knows the best lemonade is found at a corner stand. Especially, when that lemonade is served to you by children wanting to make a difference. Madison Spent, 7, daughter of Brad and Candice Spent of Taylorville; and Emma, 7, and Elli, 4, Skultety, daughters of Missy and Chris Skultety of Taylorville, will be serving lemonade all week with half of the proceeds being donated to the local animal shelter. Madison, along with help from her Papa, made the wooden stand and flowers located at 805 N. Silver in Taylorville. Emma and Elli helped with the decorations. Those interested just need twenty-five cents for some ice cold lemonade or fifty cents for a lemonade pop. Pictured are “The Lemonade Girls,” from left to right, Elli, Madison and Emma.
