NOTICE OF REVIEW AND OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC HEARING AND WRITTEN COMMENT In accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act, notice is given of receipt to modernize buildings and services on the campus of an existing acute care hospital in Taylorville. Project #18-003, Taylorville Memorial Hospital, Taylorville. Applicants: Taylorville Memorial Hospital, and Memorial Health System. The applicants propose to replace its existing 5-story patient tower containing 22 medical surgical beds and 3 intensive care beds, with single story and two story buildings, containing 25 medical surgical beds, and multiple clinical support services. The hospital is located at 201 East Pleasant Street, Taylorville. Project cost: $59,962,138. The application contained a Safety Net Impact Statement and was declared complete on January 18, 2018. A copy of the application may be viewed at the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board Office, at the address below. Consideration by the State Board has been tentatively scheduled for the June 5, 2018 State Board Meeting. January 16, 2018 Request for Proposals The Teachers' Retirement System of the State of Illinois (the System or TRS) is requesting proposals to provide real estate co-investment consulting services to assist the System in making prudent investment decisions related to the TRS investment program. The objective of this Request for Proposal is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified firms in sufficient detail to permit objective evaluation of all proposals which may result in a contract to provide real estate co-investment consulting services to the Teachers' Retirement System. TRS is committed to increasing racial, ethnic, and gender diversity in all aspects of its utilization of vendors to provide goods and services to the System, to the greatest extent feasible, and within the bounds of financial and fiduciary prudence.
