Hazel Williams, 85 of English, IN passed away on Friday, November 30, 2012 at 5:00 am at her residence.
She was born on January 21, 1927 to Ernest and Thelma Sullivan Cunningham. She later married Paul Wayne Williams on March 5, 1946 in Henderson, KY and he preceded her in death on January 23, 1994. Mrs. Williams retired as a Kmart retail associate working out of Springfield, IL.
She is survived by her daughters: Stella (widow of Rodney) Williams of Taylorville, IL; Janiece (David) Braun of Warrensburg, IL; Paula (Richard) Burchett of Mt. Auburn, IL; and Donna (Scott) Chambers of Latham, IL, grandchildren: Rodney Jr. (Renae) Williams, Stacey (Bruce) Williams, Jeff Williams, SGT Jason (Pauline) Williams, Jennifer Williams, Joseph W. (Gina) Braun, Patrick D. (Amy) Braun, Shawn Provines, Tonya (Gabe) Gideon, Melissa (Brian) Provines, Kirby (Tim) Lohse, and Kaley Jo Lohse, 28 great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mrs. Williams is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Rodney Sr., brothers: Ralph, Arthur, Willis, and Roy Lee Cunningham; granddaughter, Beverly Jo Conner, and an infant great-granddaughter.
A visitation will be held on Monday, December 3, 2012 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at Sutton Memorial Home, Taylorville, IL. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 10:00 am at Sutton Memorial Home with Reverend Dan Armstrong officiating. A burial will follow at Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Mt. Auburn, IL.

Funeral services for Hazel Williams, 85 of English, IN were held Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Sutton Memorial Home, Taylorville, with burial at Mt. Auburn Cemetery. Rev. Dan Armstrong officiated the service.
Casket bearers were Joseph W. Braun, Patrick D. Braun, Rodney Williams Jr., Shawn Provines, Jeff Williams and Jason Williams.
