STONINGTON - At a recent conference held at Lake of the Ozarks, Syngenta recognized Christian County Seeds of rural Stonington as the 2014 Top Volume Dealer of Golden Harvest Corn in the Heartland South district; a region that includes parts of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas and all of Missouri.

Dixon Borg Warner planning $9.4M expansion
DIXON, Ill. (AP) — A manufacturing company plans to expand its plant in the northern Illinois town of Dixon, adding 40 new jobs over the next three years.

Sauk Valley Media reports  BorgWarner is planning a $9.4 million investment. The Dixon plant has been open for 50 years and employs 210 people.
