Premier Basketball 7th Grade All-stars
SPRINGFIELD — Alyvia McCullough (left) and Cheresse Mitchell-Shagena (right) competed in the Premier Basketball 7th Grade All-star game at Sacred-Heart Griffin in Springfield. Their team won 67-27 as Mitchell-Shagena finished with 13 points while McCullough came away with eight points. McCullough also won the free-throw contest and the three-point contest.

THS boys bowling finishes 11 in Alton; girls finish sixteenth
ALTON — The Tornado bowling teams traveled to Alton on Wednesday to play six games. The boys finished 11 out of 16 with a total of 5,080 and were 815 pins behind first place; the girls finished 16 with a total of 3,682 and were 1,980 pins behind first.
