This is a full-time position that will provide case assistance to foster care staff and clients served through the community services program. Will provide transportation for foster children to visits with their birth families, counseling, doctor appointments, etc. Will be responsible for the supervision of visits between the foster children and birth families, and completing visiting records and case records. The work schedule is from 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. M-F with no on call responsibilities. Qualified applicants must have a current Illinois license. One year or more experience preferred. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintenance of children's medical records, monitoring and dispensing prescribed medicines, assessing needs of physical ailments and arranging care by area physicians.
