VanBlaircum Vice-President of Collections and Insurance Departments 422 West Main Cross Taylorville, IL 62568 217-824-9658 The person named above is not required to provide additional information other than as set forth in this Notice of Sale. (B) The common address and other common description (other than legal description), if any, of the mortgaged real estate is: 516 N. Ridge Ave. a/k/a 516 Ridge, Taylorville, IL 62568 Tax I.D. Number: 17-13-21-407-002-00 (C) The legal description of the mortgaged real estate to be sold sufficient to identify same with reasonable certainty is: Lot 25 in Block 5 in City Park Addition to Taylorville, an Addition situated in the SE 1/4 of Section 21, Township 13 North, Range 2 West of the 3rd P.M. according to the Plat of said addition recorded May 21, 1904 in Plat Book 1, Page 43, except the coal and other minerals underlying the land and all rights and easement in favor of the estate of said coal and other minerals, in Christian County, Illinois (D) A description of the improvements on the mortgaged real estate is: A single-family residential dwelling. (E) The mortgaged real estate may be inspected prior to sale upon making reasonable arrangements with the person identified in paragraph (A) above.
