NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING There will be a Public Hearing beginning at 6:30 P.M. on Monday, February 1, 2021 before the Mayor and City Council and Plan Commission to be held in the Council Chambers ofthe Municipal Building, 115 North Main, Taylorville, Illinois. The Public Hearing beginning at 6:30 P.M. is being held to consider the request of Nicholas & Denise Root to rezone from Residential (R-2) to Commercial (C-1) property located at 822 E.
