Advertisement Public Notice Invitation for Qualifications Available: Wednesday, May 22nd, 2019 through Friday, June 7th, 2019 The Lee Ogle Transportation System (LOTS)/Lee County is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from licensed professional design firms for Architectural and Engineering Design Services for the design of a new Drop off Canopy at the existing building located at 210 East Progress Drive in Dixon, Illinois and so desires to choose the best qualified firm based on the SOQs submitted in accordance with the requirements contained herein. The Invitation for Bid solicitation package will apply to this Bid package solicitation relative to the construction scopes, technical specifications, and drawings to be provided as needed. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSDEMAND RESPONSE OPERATIONS/CENTRAL DISPATCH SERVICESMCDONOUGH AND HANCOCK COUNTY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION PROGRAMS The McDonough County Public Transportation Program (MCPT), owned by the City of Macomb, is accepting proposals from private companies for the provision of demand response public transportation services and central dispatch operations in McDonough and Hancock County. Potential service providers must have prior experience or demonstrated capability in providing such state and federal grant-funded services for a small or rural public transportation program and must have adequate personnel and equipment to provide public transportation services to the general public, elderly and disabled in McDonough and Hancock County according to the following scope and description of service: A. Scope and Description of Service: This request is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to include the following services: dispatching operations, scheduled demand response and ADA para-transit transportation, fleet maintenance and the services operations management to be provided between the hours of 6:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, and Saturdays 7:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Dispatch operations must be provided between the hours of 6:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. All services will be provided with the exception of the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas. B. Reimbursement: The successful contractor will be reimbursed per RFP pricing. Reimbursement will be made on a monthly basis after submission of applicable invoice to the City and County. C.
