PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ADVERTISEMENT Invitation for professional right-of-way services in support of Baltimore and Ohio Chicago Terminal Railroad's and CSX Transportation, Inc. CREATE 75th St CIP projects. The solicitation is for: Project Right-of-way Acquisition Services including, but not limited to, and in accordance with Title II and Title III of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Policies Act of 1970: Project Management Surveying, to include title work, preparation of existing and proposed plats, and legal descriptions Appraisals Acquisition negotiations and settlements Coordinate with other railroads and agencies on the CREATE team Proposals must be received at the above address NO LATER THAN 09:00 AM CST on Friday, December 13th, 2019.
