Since 1954, Doris Leinen-Vangeison-Nation was known as the “Stanley Lady” in Taylorville and around the region. She once was in nursing school, a square dancer, a Democratic party official, and a snow-bird who traveled to Texas for 25 years each winter. Doris was strong in her faith and is a founding member of Grace Baptist Church of Taylorville.

Doris was blessed to have her long life on Lincoln Trail with three loving husbands. She will be missed.
