Shari K. Boggs, 79 of Edinburg passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 7:25 a.m. at her home in Edinburg, Ill. after a lengthy illness.
She was born on March 7, 1941 in Springfield, Ill. the daughter of George W. and Ethel I. (Bridge) Neisewander. She married Quincy Boggs on April 6, 1957 in the Edinburg Christian Church in Edinburg, Ill.

She loved to crochet and made many hats and scarves that were donated to various charities. She was devoted to her family and her God and was always willing to help anyone in need.
Not a fan of cold weather, Shari and Quincy enjoyed some time in Arizona; she always had a smile on her face and a kind word on her lips and may have been seen occupying a seat at a couple of the local slot machines.
She is survived by her husband: Quincy Boggs of Edinburg, Ill.; daughters: Kathy (Boggs) Kachanoski and Connie Boggs both of Springfield, Ill.; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: George Neisewander Jr. and Charles Neisewander and her sister: Shirley McVaigh.
