Savings account emeregency fund is a thing of the past
DEAR BRUCE: We're often told to save an emergency fund of six months employment just in case the need arises. My question is, where should these funds be kept for availability with withdrawals without penalty? It seems like a lofty amount to be kept in a regular savings account with minimal interest. -- C.M.
