The Pana Panthers made the near one hour and 20 minute journey to Newton on Saturday afternoon to face off against the Eagles. Newton scored two runs in the opening two innings and that was all for the game, with Newton winning 4-0.

It was a different atmosphere for the Pana Panthers on Tuesday night, compared to last week. The Panthers opened the game on a 7-0 run, which electrified the bench and got them into the game. After they quieted down a little bit in the second and third quarters, the fourth quarter was rowdy, but in a good way, which helped the Panthers defeat the Indians 69-57.
