The Morrisonville Mohawks hosted their second game of the season on Thursday night when they faced off against Mulberry Grove. The Mohawks swept the night’s sets as they won 25-12 and 25-18.
Hailee Belscher led the Mohawks in aces, kills, and service points with four, six, and 12 respectively while she also tied for the block lead with Ali Harris as they had two each. It was a tough first night game for both the Central A&M Raiders and the Morrisonville Mohawks. Both teams gave the other a lot of points, whether it be on service errors or hitting errors, but both started to settle in during the second set and each played their game.
